François Legault’s press briefing on Tuesday is eagerly awaited by traders, for whom the relaxations could make all the difference to avoid bankruptcy.

“It has to open,” simply says the director of government relations with Quebec of the Retail Council of Canada, Jean-François Belleau.
If one expects that the shops with storefront can reopen, the latter specifies that we still do not know if the shopping centers will be able to do the same. One thing is certain, according to him: it will take measures to avoid gatherings there.
