Ukrainian singer and songwriter ROXOLANA released a new track “Art”, dedicating it to everyone who feels insecure and dependent on the opinion of society.

On the first day of November, the singer and songwriter ROXOLANA released a new track “Art”. Watch the original clip on YouTube.

In the song, the performer compares a person to a work of art – a picture, which is hindered by narrow frames.

We may be ugly, loud, closed, too thin or too fat for someone. But each of us is a unique universe. If you think about it, there is no other person in the world like you! Therefore, the best way to feel confident and not worry about the opinions of society or strangers on social networks is to be honest with yourself and listen to your own feelings. After all, you are already wonderful and perfect the way you are. And you don't need the framework set by someone else, – emphasized ROXOLANA.

According to the singer, she wrote the song “Art”, thinking about how much social networks, other people's assessments and opinions influence everyone.

You constantly seem to check your internal compass with what others say about you – is this how you look, or what songs you sing, or what thoughts you express? Personally, it drove me into severe depression. Once I wrote on social networks that I was experiencing panic attacks. And hundreds of people responded to it. In addition to the war and worries about relatives, most of the subscribers talked about anxiety due to inflated expectations of themselves, comparison with others and constant self-doubt. I wanted to help myself and all the wonderful people who are experiencing similar feelings, she said.

The video for the song “Art” was created by the director Ruslan Makhov, with whom ROXOLANA worked. over the clips “People as ships”, “Very warm song”, “Three minutes” and the project “mood: caroling”. The famous Ukrainian dancer and choreographer Marina Kushchova also worked on the clip.
