Entrepreneur Pavel Durov revealed details about Telegram Premium. This is reported by the Russian media. According to Durov, if only 2.5-3% of users subscribe to a paid subscription, Telegram will cover its costs by being supported solely by users. This version was admitted on 19 June. A subscription gives you access to additional features. Premium users can upload files up to 4 GB and download them at maximum speed.
