If melatonin is produced by the body normally, then at night the blood pressure decreases by 15%. With a hormone deficiency, there is a possibility of arterial hypertension.
Bright light can trigger a decrease in melatonin levels. To avoid this, it is better to stop using gadgets a few hours before bedtime. The doctor also pointed out that drugs containing the indicated hormone can be purchased at the pharmacy.
