Myasnikov was helped by his colleague Nikolai Filatov in compiling the list of necessary and not so necessary medicines. In the fall, many are faced with colds and flu, against which antipyretic drugs should be included in the first aid kit. At the same time, experts recalled that it is necessary to bring down the temperature only if it exceeds 38 degrees. It is best to choose drugs based on interferon. It is preferable to replace the narrowing vessels with nasal drops with sea water for rinsing with congestion.
Myasnikov pointed out the uselessness of vitamins if you want to strengthen the immune system. In addition, he urged not to try to take antiviral drugs without a doctor's prescription, as it is dangerous. Vitamins are best obtained from fruits and vegetables, as they are better absorbed by the body. Filatov added that pharmacy lozenges for sore throat and various medicinal tinctures have no particular effect.
