Doctor Irina Yartseva recalled the importance of going to bed on time in the fall

In the fall, it is especially important to go to bed in a timely manner, and at the same time. In addition, during this period, due to the fact that it gets dark earlier, it is much easier to change your own habits, which have an extremely negative effect on health. According to the doctor, everyone knows that to stay healthy and vigorous throughout the day, you should sleep for 8 hours. Moreover, we are talking about rest at night. In the autumn period, the onset of darkness is shifted, therefore, you should go to bed earlier. According to Irina Yartseva, a person can force himself to fall asleep, for example, at 9 or 10 pm. It's just a matter of habit to get up at 6-7 a.m. This has a positive effect on the state of the whole organism, including the nervous system. It will be easier for a person to stay in a good mood, be cheerful throughout the day and at the same time maintain a high level of performance.

Many people mistakenly think that it is important to just stick to the total sleep time during the day, but this is the wrong approach. The human body works differently. It is important to sleep 8 hours at night, and not go to bed at 3 nights, then get the necessary time. People, despite the conventional division into owls and larks, are exclusively daytime creatures, so their hormonal system depends on ambient noise and daylight hours. A person feels this time of day with many senses, so a violation of the sleep schedule is a huge stress for the body.
