Despite the pandemic coronavirus, iPhone sales in China grew
Pandemic coronavirus has hit all manufacturers of mobile phones. Despite that, iPhone sales in China rose last month.
According to statistics, in April, China sold 3.9 million smartphones from Apple giant. Almost a quarter fell on the new iPhone model SE, which helped the brand to stay afloat. Although this indicator is 160 per cent better than March, but in comparison with the same period last year, sales decreased by 60 percent.
It is worth noting that this trend is visible not only from Apple. Many equipment manufacturers also showed a positive trend, increasing their sales by about 90 percent compared to March. This is due to the easing of quarantine in China, because the number of patients with coronavirus have fallen sharply.
