Defense Forces to Receive Popular Army Excavator Model

The most popular model of army excavator will replenish the technical fleet of the Defense Forces.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that the high-speed armored excavator-loader JCB HMEE has been codified and approved for operation in the troops. This is one of the most popular excavators in many armies around the world.

«JCB HMEE excavators have proven themselves well when performing special work in difficult conditions and are in service with many advanced armies around the world», – said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.

JCB HMEE weighs about 16 tons. It develops a speed of up to 100 km/h, provides full protection for the crew, compatible with STANAG standards for protection against damage. Its all-wheel drive systems, four-wheel drive, differential locks provide high performance on off-road. Specially reinforced for military needs, suspension and brakes ensure controlled and safe operation.

The armored excavator cab is ergonomically designed for maximum operator productivity, equipped with air conditioning.
