According to the draft on restoration of property declaration, it will be necessary to declare to military committees, purchasers and VLK, the rest of the military – not necessary.

According to the clarification of Anastasia Radina, head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on anti-corruption policy, military personnel at the front are not obliged to declare property.

Under the draft law on the restoration of electronic military commissars, members of military medical commissions and those responsible for procurement are subject to declaration during martial law. According to the official, the declaration of property will ensure the transparency of military purchases and provide an opportunity to prevent corruption in military structures.

"After the end of martial law, only military personnel who are in managerial and materially responsible positions will be declared. At the same time, military officers, VLK officials, buyers and the apparatus of the Ministry of Defense still have to report on their assets and pass checks now", — the statement reads.

On July 27, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law on the restoration of electronic declaration during martial law. The corresponding draft law, adopted in the first reading, was supported by 299 parliamentarians. After that, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, said that he considers it expedient to resume the declaration of income by military personnel after the end of the war, due to security issues. 112 criminal proceedings on abuse of power by the Military Committees.
