An ideal recipe for crispy cucumbers, which are prepared very simply and quickly, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

• Cucumbers – 5 pcs;
• Chili pepper or flakes – 1 tsp.
• Sesame oil – 2 tbsp.
• Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
• Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp.
• Fried sesame – 1 tbsp. .
• Garlic – 1 clove

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the cucumbers, chop the garlic.

2. In the slider package, add cucumbers, sesame oil, it will be tastier if it is fragrant, rice vinegar, soy sauce, fried sesame and chili pepper (you can use chili flakes or fresh pepper).

3. Add more vinegar or soy sauce to taste.
