the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said that air defense equipment destroyed 19 drones over Crimea during an air attack.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and Russian Telegram channels.

Russians announced an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type – Ukraine was blamed for the attack.

"Air defense means destroyed 19 Ukrainian UAVs over the waters of the Black Sea and the territory of the Republic of Crimea", – the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

It is noted that explosions began near Novofedorivka at midnight.

Explosions were also heard in other settlements, in particular in the city of Saka, Yevpatoria, Dzhankoya and Balaklava.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation claims that air defense equipment destroyed one UAV each over the Kursk, Belgorod and Oryol regions.
