The lawyer explained that she was reviewing all the evidence available to her, including a video that would have filmed “the altercation”. Said video, according to the lawyer, would be tangible proof. She explains: “This evidence includes video footage of the vehicle where the altercation took place, testimony from the driver and others who saw and heard the argument.
