The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) has announced the postponement of two scheduled clashes in the protected environment of the Center Georges-Vézina in Chicoutimi, Monday evening.
The Courteau circuit indicated that it took this decision as a preventive measure, without giving further details.
The targeted matches are those scheduled for Tuesday, a duel between the Val-d’Or Foreurs and the Chicoutimi Saguenéens, as well as a clash between the Victoriaville Tigres and the Gatineau Olympiques.
These two matches will be postponed until Wednesday. The QMJHL plans to take stock of this case on Tuesday during the day.
