The plenary session will be held after the censorship of Lady Camones to the Presidency of Congress, after the audios in which the leader of his party is heard asking him to prioritize the approval of a project that would benefit him in his electoral campaign for the Regional Government of La Freedom.

The recordings, broadcast by Epicentro TV, reveal how the candidate for the Regional Government of La Libertad by APP asks Camones and other congressmen from his caucus to speed up the bill to create the Alto Trujillo district and thus remove income for his political campaign.

He is also heard talking to Acuña Peralta about the feasibility of supporting the presidential vacancy motion against the president of the Republic, Pedro Castillo.

Due to these recordings, in addition to the censorship against Lady Camones in Congress, the Public Ministry has launched a preliminary investigation against César Acuña for alleged influence peddling.
