Concerts are crowded places, which is why, taking into account modern realities, they should only be attended with a mask on their face. For this reason, one musician and, as it turned out, also an inventor, created an unusual mask with plastic palms on the ears to improve acoustics.

The invention belongs to Ivan Fischer, founder of the Budapest Festival Orchestra.

To better hear something, people often wrap their hands around their ears, which is why he made transparent plastic palm-shaped pads on the mask.

The conductor himself claims that this mask of his, due to its improvement, should imitate church acoustics and make the sound clearer and warmer.
