< img src = "/uploads/blogs/e9/43/IB-1io6386il_316240df.jpg" Alt = "Chinese developers presented a high-precision managed bomb Tiangang"/> ~ ~ < p >China continues to strengthen its precision weapons – the developers of the Celestial Present a new Tiangang -managed bomb. This 590-kilogram ammunition with GPS-pointing has been developed by Norinco as a means of defeating stationary objects from a safe distance & mdash; In particular, military bases, energy facilities, bridges, centers of the SV & Rsquo; Lands and warehouses. The system is designed to expand combat capabilities by existing stocks of unmanaged bombs, unnecessarily in the development of new platforms.

< p > Tiangang bomb has a range of more than 80 km and a circular probable deviation of less than 15 meters. The shock wave it creates exceeds 25 kPa within a radius of 45 meters, which makes it especially effective against fortified objects. The combat part is designed for the point destruction of the area up to 47 m & sup2;. Thanks to aerodynamic planning the bomb starts from high height, allowing aircraft to stay out of the air defense system.

< P > The development of Tiangang is based on the previous experience of China in the creation of LS-6 bombs, which is from & Rsquo; appeared in 2006 and produced in weights of 50 to 500 kg. Unlike JDAM (Joint Direct Attack Munition), which are up to 28 km, the new Chinese development demonstrates significantly higher reach. Its functionality is compared to American JSOW (AGM-154), but the Chinese model is oriented to even greater unification with current FAB-series ammunition.

~ < P > This modernization occurs in parallel with the active development of the sixth generation in China. In particular, the country recently conducted a test of CHEng-6 and Sten-6 fighters with low radar visibility and flexible modular architecture. Such projects testify to the serious intent of China to reduce the technological distance to the US and affect the balance of forces in the air.
