Totalitarian China was represented in the exercises by the destroyers Xining and Wuxi, the frigate Liny and the integrated support ship Taihu.

The Russian Federation was represented by the large anti-submarine destroyers of the Pacific Fleet “Admiral Panteleyev” and “Admiral Tributs”.
