China has developed AI to create politically correct texts for officials

A Chinese company has released an AI tool that helps check documents for political correctness, The Register writes. We chose the main thing.

What happened

The Chinese company Baidu in partnership with the government application Xuexi has created an AI tool for bureaucrats — it allows documents to be checked.

Xuexi — is an application that provides information about the life and views of Chinese President Xi Jinping. Baidu has developed a tool that allows Chinese officials to check documents they create to ensure they reflect Xi Jinping's ideas and cite verified sources.

The tool also allows you to create text materials containing government statistics and policy decisions, in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese government.
