Changes in the Cabinet of Ministers: the government allowed reservation of up to 100% of workers in the defense industry and energy

The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the possibilities for booking critical infrastructure workers. The Government introduced the relevant changes to Resolution No. 76 at the meeting on June 5.

The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to Resolution # 76, according to which enterprises of the defense-industrial complex (OPK) and energy industry will be able to book up to 100% of employees. Booking through the Diya portal is also being introduced. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.

Weapons, drone manufacturers, our power engineers, who are restoring the power system today, will be able to book 100% of their employees, – said Deputy Minister of Economy Ihor Fomenko.

The document, in particular, provides:

• reservation of 100% of employees by defense industry enterprises that have contracts for the Armed Forces and other military formations. Employees can be booked for the period of validity of such contracts;

• booking of 100% of employees by electric power, nuclear industry, coal industry enterprises and oil and gas complexes and enterprises that restore or repair destroyed or damaged enterprises of the energy complex;

• reservation of 100% of employees by enterprises that build fortifications, for the period of validity of the construction contract;

• number of conscripted employees of the State Emergency Service and the National Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who are subject booking, can be more than 50%. That is, it will be possible to reserve up to 100% of employees, subject to justification and separate approval of the Minister of Defense.

In addition, the reservation period for critical enterprises has been extended from 6 months to 12 months and it is allowed to book conscripts with deficient military accounting specialties.
