The Popular Force Congressman, Ernesto Bustamante, presented a motion on the order of the day for the Chancellor of the Republic, César Landa, to be summoned to Congress to explain the statements of Pedro Castillo at the UN Assembly in which he participated this week.

“Motion requesting that Minister César Landa be summoned to attend the Plenary Session of Congress on Friday the 23rd. Peru needs to know the purpose of President Castillo's disastrous statements on international politics, made this week in New York”, he wrote on his social networks.

Landa Arroyo was one of the ministers who accompanied President Pedro Castillo on his trip to New York for the UN assembly. Tomorrow the plenary session is scheduled to start at 10 in the morning.

The invitation to the chancellor comes after Castillo Terrones affirmed in the United States a series of measures in relation to Peruvian foreign policy, such as the will to open an embassy in Palestine.
