Catwoman: Halle Berry reveals the only condition for her return

As you've known for several months now, the DC cinematic universe is undergoing a complete overhaul. The first installment of the new DCEU is expected in 2025: it will be Superman Legacy, which will mark a real break with its predecessors. Could we still see the return of old versions of the firm's vigilantes, like at Marvel? Halle Berry, for her part, is not against returning as Catwoman, on this sine qua non condition.

Catwoman: Halle Berry reveals the only condition for her return

Halle Berry does not close the door to a return of Catwoman

Halle Berry may have won the Razzie for Worst Actress in 2005 for her role in Catwoman, but she remains very attached to her character Patience Phillips. After celebrating the film's 20th anniversary topless and with her cats, the star confirmed that she might well be back in the role of the famous vigilante. But one condition, and not the least: that of being behind the camera! During her appearance on the set of Jimmy Fallon's show, The Tonight Show, the actress revealed her that it's a position as a director that would convince her to once again slip into the skin of the heroine.

Maybe, if I could make it happen!

Halle Berry also happily notes that the film has acquired cult status over the years, and that her children find it “cool”:

What makes me happy is that children found it on the Internet. Children love it. It's very rewarding because now they're like, “That's cool” and “What did everyone have against that?” So I'm like, “I'm such a brat now.”

After Jennifer Garner's return as Elektra in Deadpool 3, whose solo adventures in 2005 were also considered failures, nothing is impossible for Halle Berry and her Catwoman!
