• Small potatoes – 500 g;
• Red onion – 1 pc.;
• Sun-dried tomatoes – 50 g;
• Kalamata – 50 g;
• Baked red pepper – 1 pc;
• Capers – 2 tbsp;
• Parsley – 10 sprig;
• Dijon mustard – 2 tablespoons;
• Honey – 2 tablespoons;
• Wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon;
• Olive oil – 3 tablespoons< /p>

Method of preparation:

1. Cut and bake the potatoes.

2. Chop kalamata, red pepper, onion, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley alternately in a chopper.

3. Make the dressing: mix oil, wine vinegar, mustard and liquid honey. Add salt and pepper.

4. Mix everything together and you're done.
