The candidates for mayor of Lima will meet this Tuesday with the presidency of the Judicial Power, Elvia Barrios, at the Palace of Justice to present the model of the Flagrancia Unit for the fight against crime.
The candidates Gonzalo Alegría (Together for Peru), Yuri Castro (Free Peru), Omar Chehade (Alliance for Progress), George Forsyth (Somos Perú), Elizabeth León (Front of Hope), Rafael López Aliaga (Popular Renovation) and Daniel Urresti (Podemos Perú).

The Flagrancia Unit brings together the Judiciary, Prosecutor's Office, Police and Public Defense in its single location, and allows people detained in flagrante delicto to be investigated, tried and punished quickly, up to 72 hours.
