During the official presentation of the Buick Envision 2021, Duncan Alfred, Vice President of Buick and GMC, hinted at what the future Buick Enclave 2022 will look like.
We noticed a slightly more modern silhouette. As can be seen from the only two photos shared by General Motors, chrome appliques remain ubiquitous.
As has been the case since its market introduction in 2008, the Enclave will continue to occupy the niche of mid-size three-row sport utility vehicles.
For the moment, it is not known what will be the strategy of Buick regarding the engine of this model. Remember that for 2021, it is powered by the 3.6L V6 engine that develops 310 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque. Consumers can opt for the front-wheel drive or the four-wheel drive system.
During this brief overview, no reference was made to the more affluent version of the Enclave, the Future. On the other hand, the copy shown in the photos bears the Avenir badge on the bottom of the front doors.
The American manufacturer assured us that more information would be disclosed during the year.
