Breaking Life: Road to Paris 2024: The International Olympic Committee filmed a series about breaking< /p> Anna Ponomaramenko/instagram

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) filmed the series “Breaking Life: Road to Paris 2024”, which tells about the path of breaking life sportsmen and women to the Olympic Games in Paris – 2024 .

Four series of the project were presented on the official website of the IOC. Each episode lasts up to 20 minutes.

One of the heroines of the third episode was Ukrainian Anna Ponomarenko (Stefani), who won a silver medal at the 2023 European Championship in breaking. She talked about performances during pregnancy, the birth of her daughter Milana, tournaments as part of the Ukrainian national team during the war, training and motivation.

The issue also features the Lithuanian athlete Dominica Banevich (Nicka), the Japanese Ayane, the American Logistix and the Italian Anti, among the men are the Americans Victor, Jeffro and Gravity and the Japanese Shigekix.

Currently Ukrainian athletes from breaking did not qualify for the Olympic Games. Anna Ponomarenko (Stefani) and Kateryna Pavlenko (Kate) and Oleksandr Gatyn-Lozinsky (Lussy Sky) and Oleg Kuznetsov (Kuzya) still have a chance to qualify for the Olympics at the tournament that will be held in Budapest on June 20-23.
