I adore pita bread because it is a universal product, from which you can also prepare pies and such quick breakfasts, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

  • Round lavash
  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Tuna or chicken
  • Spinach or your favorite greens
  • Tomato
  • Cheese
  • Salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Make an omelet from the eggs and pour it into the pan.

2. Cover with pita bread, wait 1-2 minutes and turn it over.

3. Put your favorite filling on one part of the pita bread: tuna, tomato, spinach, cheese, salt, pepper.

4. Cover with another part and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
