Bper, awarded the ‘Resilience and Innovation’ award to Salcef and Ghella

The “Resilience and Innovation” award, established by Bper Banca with the aim of enhancing the entrepreneurial histories of small and medium-sized Italian companies capable of distinguishing themselves, in this period impacted by the Covid-19, thanks to a deep spirit of innovation and development: Salcef Group is an Italian industrial group, active on the international market, specialized in the renovation and construction of railway infrastructures, tramways and underground networks, based in Rome; Ghella is today an international reality of primary importance in the world of construction of large public works, based in Rome.

Lazio, which represents one of the territories on which Bper Banca today focuses most, confirms itself as a Region rich in stories and successful entrepreneurial figures who make up an industrial fabric of great value for our country. Historically and also culturally, the relationship with local areas, families and businesses is at the center of Bper Banca’s activity. This also happens in Lazio, a Region in which the Institute strongly believes and where it intends to further develop this role at the service of the communities.

The pandemic has caused numerous difficulties, especially in economic terms, for most of the sectors of the Lazio industry. The last months of last year and the first months of 2021, however, show a push by the Region towards the restart: a demonstration of the resilient spirit that characterizes the production system of this territory.

The awards were presented in recent days by Angelo Amodeo, Lazio Regional Director of Bper Banca, who for the occasion said: “the physical delivery of these awards is intended as a further demonstration of the closeness and attention that Bper has in towards local companies. We are continuing with the important work of building an ecosystem that can help put them in a position to remain competitive in their markets, restoring employment and wealth to the areas in which they operate “.

The two Roman companies received the Bper Banca ‘Resilience and Innovation’ award at the local stage of the event “The Economy of Italy – The strength of businesses”: the roadshow created by Bper Banca in partnership with Corriere della Sera.
