Both Czech swimmers, who started in today's morning program, remained roughly six tenths from their personal record. Kraulařka Seemanová took 32nd place in the 50-meter butterfly race, which is her additional discipline, in 27.02 seconds. She swam faster this year as well. Not even Gracík showed a season's maximum, who finished thirty-seventh in the 100-meter butterfly with a performance of 53.13.
Today's final block, which will start at 1:00 p.m. CET, will be without Czech representatives. The best Czech result at the World Championships in Japan remains Seeman's ninth place in the 200m crawl. The other two semi-finals were added by experienced draftsman Simona Kubová.
