Over the past six months, apartment rental prices in Ukrainian cities with millionaires have increased by no more than 8%. The real estate market has now stabilized.

The rental market in regions where there are no active hostilities has stabilized since late last spring. This is stated in the statistics of the apartment search application Bird.

In August-September, seasonality was even felt in Kyiv and some other regions. Given that the market has been stable for almost a year, analysts predict a seasonal increase in prices this spring as well.

Kyiv

  • One-room apartments – UAH 14,000 (for 7% more than half a year ago);
  • Two-room apartments – UAH 20,000 (2% more);
  • Three-room apartments – UAH 32,500 (4% more).

Lviv

  • One-room apartments – 15,500 hryvnias (1% more than six months ago);
  • Two-room apartments – 17,000 hryvnias (5% less);
  • Three-room apartments – 19,450 hryvnias (on 7% less).

Dnipro

In Dnipro, apartment rental prices have increased significantly. Bird attributes this to the decrease in shelling of the city, as well as the fact that Dnipro remains a hub for IDPs from front-line cities.

  • One-room apartments – 10,500 hryvnias (14% more than six months ago) ;
  • Two-room apartments – 18,000 hryvnias (33% more);
  • Three-room apartments – 19,000 hryvnias (23% more).

Odesa

The decrease in real estate rental prices in Odesa Bird is associated with the increase in the intensity of shelling of the city.

  • One-room apartments – 7,350 hryvnias (8% less than six months ago);< /li>
  • Two-room apartments – 9,700 hryvnias (3% less);
  • Three-room apartments – 15,450 hryvnias (3% more).

Kharkiv

In Kharkiv, the cost of housing rent remains consistently low. Small price movements have been observed in recent weeks, Bird says. Thus, the median price of three-room apartments increased by 0.6%.

  • One-room apartments – 4,000 hryvnias;
  • Two-room apartments – 6,000 hryvnias;
  • Three-room apartments – 8,050 hryvnias (0.6% more than half a year ago).

Bird – an application for finding apartments for rent in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipro and London. In November, Bird recorded a seasonal decrease in apartment rental prices in Kyiv.
