The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, called China a "time bomb" due to Beijing's economic problems, which may lead to certain difficulties for other states. This is reported by Reuters.
During a fund-raising event in Utah, the American president said that the PRC is "in trouble" due to weak growth.
"China is in trouble,", – said Biden, adding at the same time that he does not want to harm this country.
Also the President of the United States said he wants a rational relationship with China.
"They have some problems. This is not good, because when bad people have problems, they do bad things,'' he said.
