BEB received information about all citizens of Ukraine registered on the OnlyFans service

Detectives of the Bureau of Economic Security received access to the personal data of all Ukrainians registered on the platform OnlyFans.

This is evidenced by the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv dated September 20.

Yes, the court granted a group of BEB employees temporary access to information «about all citizens of Ukraine and other persons residing in the territory of Ukraine who have registered profiles (created accounts) on the OnlyFans platform, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, registration number of the taxpayer's account card, as well as other information (data) about the creators of paid content, which is at the disposal of the State Tax Service».

According to Economic Truth, after receiving this information, detectives began to conduct searches within the framework of a criminal case initiated under Part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (tax evasion in especially large amounts).

It is noted that during the investigation, data on Ukrainian OnlyFans models and their incomes were obtained by tax authorities, after which the models began to receive «letters of happiness» with the requirement to pay taxes.

As a result, many OnlyFans users decided to voluntarily register as individual entrepreneurs, declare their income and pay taxes to the budget.
