As the “Pomponik” portal reminds, three years ago Barbara Kurdej-Szatan lost her job at Polish Television. Her dismissal was announced on social media by Jacek Kurski himself, the former president of TVP. After this decision, the public broadcaster's doors were closed to the actress. Everything changed after the change of government. Kurdej-Szatan not only hosts the program “Cudowne lata”, but returns in a new series produced by TVP. Find out the details!

She lost her job overnight

Barbara Kurdej-Szatan was one of the biggest stars of TVP. She not only appeared in “M jak miłość”, but also hosted the station's biggest hits, including “Kocham Cię Polsko” and “The Voice of Poland”. Everything changed after the actress's emotional post, in which she did not spare unpleasant words for the Border Guard.

The actress's dismissal was announced on social media by Jacek Kurski himself, the former president of Telewizja Polska. Barbara Kurdej-Szatan lost her job in all TVP productions overnight, and the station's doors remained closed to her for years.

Everything changed after the change of government at Woronicza. The actress has once again appeared in productions produced by Polish Television. It turns out that viewers will see her not only in the next edition of “The Wonder Years”.

According to the information obtained by the “Wirtualne Media” portal, Barbara Kurdej-Szatan will star in a new series with a rather telling title “I'll Be Right Back”. The action of the series takes place in in the commune office of the fictional town of Polskie Pole.

Kurdej-Szatan will also be joined by Violetta Arlak and Katarzyna Zielińska. They will all play the roles of clerks. Scheduled for 45 episodes the series will debut on Polish Television next year.

The series will also star Mikołaj Krawczyk, Marcin Kwaśny, Dawid Dziarkowski, Paweł Koślik, and Mateusz Kilian. The latter will play the mayor of Polski Pole, who will begin efforts to obtain city rights for his town.
