Emin Gün Sirer, head of Avalanche blockchain company behind the Avalanche blockchain, denied allegations by CryptoLeaks of using a law firm to fight competitors.

According to the publication, the company has concluded & #171;secret treaty» with the American firm Roche Freedman to «in a gangster way» use the legal system to «attack and damage crypto organizations».

In videos released by CryptoLeaks, purportedly lawyer Kyle Roche details the relationship and partnership with Emin Gün Sirer and Kevin Secnicki, COO of Ava Labs.

CryptoLeaks said Roche and Roche Freedman have entered into a legal services deal in exchange for AVAX tokens and shares of a crypto company. The firm allegedly undertook to use the «litigation as a tool to disrupt the work of competitors and draw the attention of regulators to the latter» like the SEC or the CFTC.

According to CryptoLeaks, the relationship between Roche and Gun Sirer began in academia, and in 2019 they moved into a co-working space together. Around that time, an agreement followed, the publication suggests.

CryptoLeaks, citing Roche's confession, claims that Gün Sirer used legal services to prosecute a Turkish expert who came to the US, with whom he had a long-standing conflict.

The publication believes that the participation of the company (then called Roche Cyrulnik Freedman) in the case of Dave Clement's relatives against Craig Wright is also connected with the personal interests of the head of Ava Labs. 

According to the publication, a few months ago, Roche said about 25 class action lawsuits being filed by his firm. In April, it became known about 11 crypto companies, including Binance, BitMEX, KuCoin and Tron Foundation, which faced class claims from Roche Cyrulnik Freedman.

According to CryptoLeaks, former partner Jason Cyrulnik [Jason Cyrulnik] was expelled from the company Roche Freedman filed a lawsuit against Binance.US and CEO Brian Schroeder on behalf of LUNA and TerraUSD investors in June.

In July, the firm targeted key participants in the Solana ecosystem, whom lawyers accused on behalf of investors of illegally selling securities in the form of the SOL token.
