Apple's biggest secret of 2025 revealed

The South Korean magazine Sisa Journal has revealed details about the most mysterious upcoming Apple product – the iPhone 17 Air. There are still very contradictory rumors about it: some say that the smartphone will be elite in price and positioning, while getting rid of two cameras and other “luxury” components.

What else is known

Others claim that it will only replace one of the existing models. In addition, it is still unclear how much the Air will cost; insiders write succinctly that the price tag will be the highest in the line, but how much? According to a new leak, the thickness of the iPhone 17 Air case will be 6.25 mm, which will make it the thinnest iPhone in history (iPhone 6 – 6.9 mm). The smartphone will be 20% thinner than the iPhone 16 and 25% thinner than the iPhone 16 Pro. At the same time, the iPhone 17 Air will not have any elite status.

Insiders are sure: the model will simply replace the iPhone Plus in the lineup, and will also inherit the price tag of its predecessor – from $899. These details, if true, logically explain the differences in positioning and technological solutions that puzzled earlier insiders. Whatever it is, we still have to wait for the release for more than six months.
