Apple has unveiled the new iPad Air 4. It is the first device to be powered by the 5nm A14 SoC.

The design of the iPad Air 4 has changed a lot and now resembles the iPad Pro. The tablet received an Apple A14 processor with six cores: two of them are powerful and four are energy efficient. The chip has 11.8 billion transistors and performs 11 trillion operations per second. The device has acquired a USB-C connector and support for 20-watt charging, as well as Wi-Fi 6. According to Apple reports, the data transfer rate on the LTE network of the iPad Air 4 has increased by 60%.

The camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels, the developers borrowed from the iPad Pro, improving stabilization when shooting video. The front camera's FaceTime HD sensor with Smart HDR and Full HD 60fps captures 7MP. The device has a 10.9-inch screen with a resolution of 2360×1640 pixels, and the fingerprint scanner is now located on the power button.

Earlier, experts advised Russians not to rush to buy the iPhone 11 and iPhone SE2.
