< p>Apple as part of annual developers conference WWDC 2022 introduced the new MacBook Air with the new M2 — The live stream of the event is available on YouTube.

According to the company, the processor is 35% faster than the previous generation M1. The chip supports 24 GB of single memory, and also has an eight-core processor and a ten-core video core.

The laptop received a new design in Macbook Pro style with straight edges and a cutout for the front camera in screen. The MacBook Air features a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display that's 25% brighter and richer than before. Its thickness was only 11.3 mm— it 20% smaller and thinner than the previous model.
The new MacBook Air with M2 processor costs $1199 some journalists have already noted that the model is budget. The device will be on sale from July 2022.
