AppleCare + implies the guarantee of international service for the device: if it was purchased in the Russian Federation, then the owner will be able to repair it at the Apple Store or at the company's service center located anywhere in the world.
In addition, the Express Replacement service was made available to iPhone users. Thanks to her, if a mobile device gets mechanical damage, its owner will be able to call the corporation's “hotline” and get a replacement gadget for a while while his phone is being repaired.
Under the terms of the extended warranty, the owner of an Apple device will be able to repair it no more than twice a year and at a special price. Mac users will be able to apply for a repair service at home or in the office. The company also promised to implement 24/7 priority access to its support service for consultation on various issues, including the operation of Apple applications and operating systems.
