Apple has made a bet on savings: iPad 11 will not include Apple Intelligence features

Apple is actively promoting its Apple Intelligence AI functions, thanks to which the same iPhone SE 4 will be noticeably more powerful than it could be. However, it seems that the company has no goal to make these functions work on absolutely any new product.

What else is known

As a basic iPad of the new generation, it will probably not support them. The iPad 11 will have the Apple A16 SoC and 6 GB of RAM, both of which are insufficient for Apple Intelligence, according to the company itself.

It is worth noting that there were earlier rumors about the A17 Pro and 8 GB of RAM, so there is still a chance that the iPad 11 will be very powerful, but not a fact. Given the much greater popularity of the iPhone than the iPad, the company may go for such savings. In addition, this may lead to the sale of more expensive tablets.
