The season of domestic apples is already starting. When there are a lot of them at home, and it is difficult to think of what to cook with them. Therefore, Radio Maximum shares a delicious and simple recipe.

Chef Olha Ryabenko shares the secrets of cooking apple pies on her Instagram page.

She offers subscribers to cook a very unusual dish for many. We all know potato mush, but not this time.

Ingredients:

  • Medium apples – 4 pcs;
  • Egg – 1 pc;
  • Semina – 2 tbsp. l;
  • Flour – 2 tbsp;
  • Sugar – 20 g;
  • Cinnamon – 0.5 tsp;
  • Salt – 1 pinch;
  • Oil;
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.

2. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add all the ingredients and mix.

3. Fry on medium heat.

4. Serve with sour cream.

Save the recipe, because apples are a product that can be found throughout the year. And, therefore, you can prepare delicious dumplings at any time.
