Deputy Head of the Chairman of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction; Pavel Khalimon bought a house on the Pechersk Hills in the center of the capital, five times cheaper than the market value, writes in his material UP.
A large building with a land plot in the center of Kyiv was officially registered to another person, but the journalists managed to find out that Khalimon permanently lives in this estate.
According to the journalists of the publication, in June 2022, Anastasia Kotelenets became the owner of the house. According to the sale and purchase agreement, the house, together with a land plot of 10 acres, cost UAH 10 million 300 thousand, of which the cost of the house was UAH 6.5 million, and the plots – UAH 3.8 million The seller was Bishop of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Oleksandr Drabinko.
After analyzing real estate websites, we can conclude that similar houses near the Botanical Garden of a similar area are significantly more expensive – about 50 & ndash; 60 million UAH.
For such a price, the people's deputy's neighbors correspond to – show business stars and people associated with power and big money. For example, Mykola Azarov, Volodymyr Lytvyn, as well as the rector of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Bishop Pavel have houses here.
However, as it turned out, this is far from the only property of Kotelenetz. So, in 2021, she acquired 45 land plots in the Chernihiv region with a total area of about 80 hectares. The purchase price turned out to be not small: for example, Anastasia paid UAH 29.8 thousand for one plot of 2 hectares, for another of a similar area – 30 thousand UAH. Interestingly, there is no official data on who Kotelenetz works for, it is only known that she graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM).
Recall that Pavlo Khalimon is the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy and is also the Financial Director of Prometheus-Gas 1 LLC. He held the position of director of Agro-House LLC. He worked as the head of the registration service of the Pryluki city district department of justice in the Chernihiv region.
