The President of the Council of Ministers, Aníbal Torres, stated that there is a “concert of wills” to charge the Executive Branch with various crimes without any evidence, based solely on the statements of aspiring effective collaborators.

From Arequipa, where he participated in the session of the XVII Decentralized Council of Ministers, the prime minister stated that with this attitude he seeks to “cover up” and “dissimulate” the commission of other crimes that have been committed in our country.
