Ingredients:
- Beets – 4 pieces (small);
- Boiled egg – 3 pieces;
- Hard cheese – 100 g;
- Nuts – 100 g;
- Cream cheese – 180 g;
- Mustard – 1 tsp;
- Salt;
- Green onions.
Method of preparation:
1. Bake beets and boil eggs.
2. Grate the beetroot, egg and hard cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Chop the nuts
4. Add cream cheese, mustard, salt and chopped greens.
5. Mix everything thoroughly and serve with toasted bread.
