If you want something tasty for dessert, you can prepare this incredible dish. Muffins with chocolate will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.
Ukrainian chef and confectioner Liza Glinska published a new incredible recipe. It turns out that making raspberry muffins with chocolate is very simple and quick.
You can replace raspberries with any other berry and get an unsurpassed taste! In winter, even a banana is suitable.
This dessert contains only available ingredients, it is prepared quickly, easily and simply, – writes Glinska.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of eggs (3 pcs.)
- 140 g of sugar (7 tbsp without bitter)
- 130 ml of refined sunflower oil ( 8 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons) 170 g of “Molokia” yogurt (3% fat) 300 g of flour (10 tablespoons with bitter)
- 8 g of baking powder (1 tsp with bitter + 1 tsp without bitter)
- vanilla sugar
- 200 g of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 70 g of dark or milk chocolate
Method of preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix: flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar.
2. Add sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and white yogurt. Mix with a whisk to a homogeneous consistency.
3. Add chopped chocolate and raspberries. Mix carefully.
The dough is ready.
4. Take muffin tins and fill 2/3 with the dough.
5. We send the forms to the oven heated to 180 degrees with convection for 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove the muffins from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. done Enjoy everyone!
