This is a wonderful appetizer that will impress with its rich taste and become the highlight of any table.

Ingredients:

• Eggs – 9 pcs;

• Chili pepper – ⅓ pcs;

• Garlic – 2 cloves;

• Ginger – 15 g;

• Oil – 10 ml;

• Still water – 500 ml;

• Soy sauce – 200 ml;

• Sugar – 10 g;

• Apple cider vinegar – 15 ml;

• Green onion – 5 g;

• Sesame – 5 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs. Let's clean.

2. Chop pepper, garlic, ginger.

3. Fry in oil, add water, soy sauce and sugar. Mix everything and let the mixture boil. Remove from heat and pour in vinegar.

4. Transfer the eggs to a jar, fill with marinade.

5. Put in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
