Chebureks on water with cheese/Flour

Chebureks are a favorite dish of many. After all, they are juicy, hearty and incredibly tasty.

Ukrainian chef of Colombian origin Hector Jimenez-Bravo decided to share his recipe for a popular dish. Look for cooking details on his Instagram page.

Crispy, ruddy, with gooey cheese. And they are prepared on water and from available ingredients, – writes Hector.

Ingredients:

• Mineral water;

• Flour;

• Sugar;

• Oil;

• Dutch cheese;

• Cheddar;

• Brie cheese;

< p>• Parmesan.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix water, flour, sugar and oil and knead the dough.

2. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest. Meanwhile, grate the cheese.

3. Then divide the dough into parts and roll out into thin circles.

4. Put the cheese “assortment” on the dough and fasten the edges, as in the video.

5. Fry in heated oil until golden.
