This dessert will taste perfect as an everyday dessert. , as well as for the festive table.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 100 g of eggs (2 pcs.)
  • 250 g of white thick yogurt “Molokia” (3% fat)
  • 110 g of “Molokia” butter (fat content 82%)
  • 250 g of flour (8 tbsp. with bitter + 1 tsp with bitter)
  • 8 g of baking powder ( 1 teaspoon with bitter + 1 teaspoon without bitter)
  • 100 g of sugar (4 tablespoons with bitter)
  • vanilla sugar

Filling:

  • 5 peaches or nectarines (plums, apricots)
  • 100 g of raspberries
  • powdered sugar (for decoration)

Method of preparation:

1. Put room temperature butter in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar (optional), room temperature eggs and mix with a whisk.

2. Add thick white yogurt and mix.

3. Add flour with baking powder and mix again to a uniform consistency.

4. We take a round shape with a diameter of 28 cm, grease it with butter and sprinkle it with flour.

5. We put the dough in a mold and distribute it.

6. Cut each peach into 8 pieces and spread the pieces on the dough.

7. Spread raspberries on top of the peaches.

8. We put the form in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, the mode is heating from below and above or only from below.

9. Take out the cake, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. We can cut and taste.
