An enthusiast created the world's smallest monitor based on a single-chamber computer

YouTube blogger and enthusiast Basically Homeless invented and presented the Tiny Steam Deck portable game console, for which he designed the world's smallest monitor.

According to the blogger, this is an experimental project, so it is not worth talking about the use of this device elsewhere yet. The name of the brainchild Homeless, similar to the well-known console, is nothing more than attracting attention to itself: the console is based on a single-board Raspberry Pi RP2040 computer and two parts of Joy-Con-style controllers from Nintendo.

The enthusiast equipped his development with a monitor with a resolution of 640×480 pixels and a width of 6 mm. On this device, the developer launched old-school Minecraft, but it was not possible to play it due to the low resolution.

By and large, the development is an experiment designed to show the prospects of using single-board computers such as the Raspberry Pi RP2040 and highlight possibilities of such devices for lovers of "antique" games and portable gaming gadgets.
