Bereznyak in Dubna near Moscow, a criminal case was initiated against 46-year-old Serhiy Krasyuk under part 2 of Art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Sources claim that the case was opened due to some inscriptions on a keychain with keys to a safe for storing a work phone.
According to the investigation, the law enforcement officers were informed about "discriminatory" the engineer's colleagues reported that Krasyuk had applied them with his own hands.
