An electric car made in China with a price tag of 2.3 million rubles appeared in the Russian Federation. The assembly of the JAC iEV7S model is carried out in Kazakhstan, and pre-order will be open in October.

The hatchback is positioned by the company as a crossover. Its wheelbase is 2.49 m, which is 14 mm more than the same parameter for Lada Granta. The clearance of the Chinese electric car is 13 cm. In the Russian Federation, the car appeared only in the Luxury modification. The list of equipment includes 2 airbags, as well as keyless entry technology, heated front row seats, mirror drives, climate control and vision cameras. In addition, there is a multimedia system equipped with a touch screen, parking sensors, an optical sensor and antifog optics.
JAC iEV7S comes with a 115 horsepower engine, which allows the electric car to pick up speed of 100 km / h in 11 seconds. Autonomy is provided by a 39 kWh battery. Such a reserve is sufficient to overcome about 280 km without intermediate recharging. If the speed limit is 60 km / h, the distance can be increased to 360 km. JAC provides a warranty for the battery for a period of 8 years or 150,000 km. In express mode, charging up to 100% with connection to a 3-phase power grid will take about 1 hour, and with normal mode – about 7 hours. From a household outlet – in 12 hours. IEV7S is the first electric car and the 4th JAC product on the market RF.
