In Transcarpathia, the SBU exposed another enemy agitator, who turned out to be a resident of the Berehiv district, the agency reports.
On her Facebook page, she justified the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation and the war crimes of the Russian occupiers. In particular, the woman distributed posts in which she recognized the actions of the Russian leadership as legitimate. In addition, she reposted Russian propaganda, namely fakes about biolaboratories and cynical lies about Nazism in Ukraine.
At the same time, Transcarpathia blamed our defenders for shelling the Russian-speaking population. At most, she blamed the USA and NATO for the victims of armed aggression.
The SBU-initiated examination confirmed the presence of public justifications and denials of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the publications. On Tuesday, September 19, it became known that law enforcement officers searched the place of residence of the suspect, where they found computer equipment and means of communication with evidence of criminal activity against the state security of Ukraine.
SBU investigators informed the agitators on suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – “Justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants”.
